Enterprise CRM Operations

Live URL: https://crm.enriquesamaniego.com · Previously named: AI-Powered CRM

Centralizes customer accounts, leads, commercial opportunities, and follow-up activities in a single cloud database protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) and automated webhook notifications.

What It Solves & For Whom

Commercial teams frequently operate with disconnected sales pipelines and client records scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, and manual notes. This fragmentation causes missed follow-ups, inconsistent pipeline reporting, and weak access control over sensitive customer data.

Target users: B2B sales teams, account managers, and operations leaders who need structured pipeline tracking without enterprise licensing bloat.

My Personal Contribution

Defined the commercial data model, operational stages, and access security rules; architected the Supabase PostgreSQL schema with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies; configured outbound webhook triggers; and built the web application using AI-assisted engineering in Google Antigravity.

Available Evidence & Observable Effect

Replaced fragmented lead spreadsheets with a centralized, access-controlled commercial database. Provides a single source of truth for opportunity status, follow-up accountability, and structured pipeline visibility.

Built and iterated using Google Antigravity for AI-assisted code generation, schema validation, and security review, compressing the engineering cycle from months to weeks.

Runtime Behavior & Governance

Runtime operations are deterministic: authentication, PostgreSQL relational integrity, Row-Level Security (RLS), and webhook workflows. It does not rely on black-box LLM scoring to make commercial decisions.

Project Management Platform (ProjectFlow)

Live URL: https://projectflow.enriquesamaniego.com · Previously named: Business PM Platform / ProjectFlow

Organizes cross-functional projects, tasks, timelines, and team assignments in a real-time workspace governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and automated status alerts.

What It Solves & For Whom

Cross-functional delivery teams often suffer from silent blockers, missed milestones, and unclear ownership because project tracking is split across spreadsheets, chat threads, and static status reports.

Target users: IT PMO leads, operations managers, and cross-functional delivery teams requiring clear milestone accountability.

My Personal Contribution

Designed the project, milestone, and task hierarchy; implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and database-level validation; integrated real-time state subscriptions; and deployed the platform at projectflow.enriquesamaniego.com.

Available Evidence & Observable Effect

Consolidates project tracking, milestone accountability, and status notifications into a single live workspace, eliminating scattered status spreadsheets.

Intelligent Web Engine (TimberFlow)

Live URL: https://timberflow.enriquesamaniego.com/ · Previously named: Business Websites & LPs / TimberFlow

B2B web and landing page architecture (TimberFlow) designed to replace static, one-size-fits-all corporate pages with structured messaging variants, edge middleware routing, and controlled OpenAI API integration.

What It Solves & For Whom

Static corporate websites and landing pages often present generic messaging to very different B2B buyer profiles, resulting in weak value communication and high drop-off before contact.

Target users: B2B buyers, commercial prospects, and marketing/operations teams needing fast, tailored digital experiences with controlled operational costs.

My Personal Contribution

Architected and deployed the TimberFlow web application; structured modular B2B value propositions and conversion paths; and designed the middleware pattern with rate-limiting and caching controls for AI-assisted content adaptation.
